Troop 298 Is a boy-led troop in Frisco, Texas. It is the oldest Boy Scout troop in the area, having been established in the 1920’s. Our troop is sponsored by St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and belongs to the Iron Horse District, part of the Circle Ten Council of Scouts BSA. Our Troop meets at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 6:45pm till 8:15pm on Monday evenings.

In Troop 298 we go on monthly campouts, participate in community service activities, attend Summer and Winter camps, as well as high adventure experiences. In Troop 298 our goal is to make scouting enjoyable for every scout while allowing them opportunities to lead and grow.
